Comments:
We used to go to Pat's for pizza in Delaware all the time. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered, the pizza tasted terrible (we think the sausage was bad) and so we called the store. The manager was horrible! All I did was tell him that the sausage did not taste right and he did NOTHING to try to make things right! He did not even offer for us to bring it back for another. Really I called mainly so they would not feed it to other customers but he was so lethargic in his response that it turned me off entirely from ever ordering from that restaurant again. Lost a regular customer just because of lousy customer service. |
