Comments:
Not as grumpy as they used to be but still slow on the service end. I guess still one of the best Delaware photographers in the Newark area... unless you want to pay hundreds. |

Comments:
They are always crowded and make you wait a long time, even though you have an appointment. The employees are unfriendly most of the time. The only reason I use JC Penney Portrait Studio is they do have reasonable prices and great portrait coupons. |
