I purchased two jet skis from this dealer. The SeaDoo products are very good, and selection was very good. However their service is horrible. One of my jet ski's were damaged while in their boat yard. After talking to the Service Manager he said they are not responsible for damage that happens in their boat yard. I asked to speak to Mr. Short, left him several voivemails just about every day for a month with no returned call. I wrote him a letter, still no response. I strongly suggest not having your watercraft serviced at Short's, just walk out in the boat yard and you will see how unorganzied their yard is and why you watercraft could easily be damaged. It is very clear to me that Mr. Short could care less about his customer's and the condition that your watercraft is returned to you!!! |
